  • What unit sizes are available at Red Hills Storage?

    We offer four different unit sizes to suit a variety of needs:

    • Micro-Storage Locker
    • 5x10
    • 10x20

  • How do I rent a storage unit?

    Renting a unit is quick and easy. Just head over to our rental page, choose your unit, and follow the guided steps to complete your reservation online.

  • What does the online rental process involve?

    During the online rental process, you’ll enter your personal and payment details and sign a digital storage agreement. Once everything is complete, we’ll email you a unique gate code to access the facility.

  • Can I access my storage unit 24/7?

    Yes, you can access your unit at any time, day or night. That said, we ask customers to limit late-night access (after 9 p.m.) unless absolutely necessary. This helps us better monitor the facility and keep everyone’s belongings secure.

  • Are there any move-in or setup fees?

    No hidden fees here. You’ll pay a flat deposit ($25 for standard units, $10 for micro-lockers) and your first full month of rent when you sign up—nothing else.

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes, we collect a $25 deposit for standard units and a $10 deposit for micro-storage lockers. Deposits are fully refundable after move-out, provided the unit is left clean and in good condition. In fact, we refund more than 90% of deposits in full.

  • How does billing work?

    You’ll pay for the first full month at the time of rental. The second month will be prorated based on your move-in date, and after that, monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month.

  • Are rentals month-to-month?

    Yes, all of our units are rented on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contracts required.

  • How do I cancel or move out of my unit?

    Just let us know you plan to move out by calling 435-635-0697, sending a message from our Contact Us page, or sending us an email. Our agreement asks for 10 days’ notice, but we’re flexible and always try to accommodate your timeline.

  • Can I switch to a different size unit later?

    Absolutely. If you find you need more or less space, we can help you switch units or add another to your account. Just reach out and we’ll take care of it.

  • How secure is the facility?

    Security is a top priority. Our facility is gated, and each customer is assigned a unique access code. We also have multiple security cameras throughout the property to help monitor activity.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    Yes. Because our facility is automated and unstaffed, we ask that customers provide their own padlocks.


    We do require customers to lock their units.

  • Are your units climate-controlled?

    Our units are not climate- or temperature-controlled.

  • Do your units have drive-up access?

    Yes, all of our units are ground-level and have convenient drive-up access.

  • Can I tour the facility before renting?

    We don’t maintain an on-site office, but we’re happy to meet you in person and show you around. Just give us a call at 435-635-0697 to set up a time.
